Talking about dislocations, issues of inheritance and migration, in-between places addresses ideas surrounding “home”, be it a permanent or a transient, a mental or physical space.
The installation consists of multiple units - Cardboard cartons (dimensions 265 x 230 x 140 mm, with flap opening on 230mm side). Each carton contains a printed image inside, using colour separation technique of printing, the image is produced individually as C, M, Y, K and full colour.
To date this work has been installed in five different locations and each time, it takes the form of a site-specific structure to suit the space, time and context of the location.
